Terms & Conditions

Welcome to The Newhall Soccer Academy. By enrolling in our soccer programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All participants must complete registration and submit payment before attending any class.

  • Spaces are limited and are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of registration to secure a spot in the program.

2. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Missed classes will not be refunded but may be eligible for a make-up session based on availability.

3. Participant Requirements

  • All players must wear appropriate soccer attire, including shin guards and soccer cleats or athletic shoes.

  • Players should bring a water bottle to each session.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child arrives on time and is picked up promptly after class.

4. Safety & Liability

  • Soccer is a physical activity, and there is an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree not to hold The Newhall Soccer Academy or its coaches liable for any injuries.

  • In case of emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian listed on the registration form.

  • Parents/guardians must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs before the first session.

5. Code of Conduct

  • All players, parents, and spectators must show respect toward coaches, referees, and other participants.

  • Disruptive behavior, bullying, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without a refund.

  • Parents should refrain from coaching from the sidelines and allow coaches to run the sessions.

6. Weather & Cancellations

  • Classes may be canceled due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances.

  • In the event of a cancellation, we will notify families via email or text and reschedule whenever possible.

7. Media Release

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for The Newhall Soccer Academy to take photos/videos of participants for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer your child not to be included in media, please inform us in writing before the first session.

8. Agreement

By registering for our soccer programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
