Return & Refund Policy

At the Newhall Soccer Academy, we strive to provide a positive experience for all players and families. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Refund Policy

  • Full Refunds: Available if a cancellation request is made at least 14 days before the start of the session.

  • Partial Refunds: A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7-13 days before the session begins.

  • No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the session starts.

2. Missed Classes & Make-Up Sessions

  • No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes due to personal reasons.

  • We will offer one (1) make-up session per season if a class is missed due to illness or an emergency.

  • If a class is canceled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will reschedule whenever possible.

3. Session Cancellations by the Newhall Soccer Academy

  • If a session is canceled due to low enrollment, families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.

4. Payment Transfers & Credits

  • If a child cannot participate after registration, we offer the option to transfer credit to a future session within the same calendar year.
